Glad I joined his program! After a history of injuries and more than one training plan and/or app, I decided to join Tommy’s program. For the first time, I’m enjoying my strength training. It’s very well structured lots of fun and sometimes very humbling (in a good way). On top of that, the community in the app ist great, Tommy always answers fast and thoroughly in the groups but also privately. He always takes the time to support you. Tommy and his program is just a great experience, I strongly recommend it!

I've been trying and failing to incorporate strength training into my running since I started running a of couple years ago. Tommy's uniquely structured plans have made me actually stick to it. Having his instructional videos and commentary about just showing up even if you're uncomfortable in the gym space has removed so much of the friction for me. It's also been nice having a plan that intentionally balances strength alongside the main goal of running. Since I've joined Tommy has released two new video collections and a new training level. There's lots of good information that's actively being expanded.

I am so happy I found Tommy and his coaching hub! Tommy's focus on strength training is very different from how I trained before and after a month of following his program closely I can already feel a positive difference. Being a single mum and having to run on odd hours my running journey can at times feel a bit lonely so I really appreciate the community aspect of the hub as well. We are a bunch of runners of all levels supporting each other with no judgment, only encouragement!

I was a little dubious to start with, having had an online coach previously and then signed up to more than one generic running app. These have always ended in the same way… getting injured and feeling like running was a chore! Before joining, I had given up on my running, but now I finally feel like my training has purpose! Better still, I have stayed injury free. Tommy is always on hand and happy to help on an individual level. The community on the app is also great. This isn’t like other apps/online coaches, I really can’t recommend this enough.

About Me
I am a Personal Trainer, Ultra marathon runner and Coach with a passion for mindful movement, strength, and outdoor adventure. After years unfulfilled in the corporate world, I finally transitioned to full-time coaching, inspired by the transformative power of running and of nature. Specialising in running, ultra endurance, and strength, I help people build a stronger, more sustainable relationship with their bodies and with the outdoors. My coaching weaves together intention, strength, and trail wisdom, guiding runners to train not just harder, but smarter, with a focus on longevity, connection, and joy. It’s a grounded, mindful approach designed to help you move well, feel strong, and stay in love with running for life. Running is a passion of mine, but I believe movement and connection are what the world is truly missing. My goal is to help as many people as I can to Reset from the noise of life, Reframe how they see challenge and discomfort, and Reconnect with themselves, nature, and the real reasons to move.
